This Friday night (May 8th) we welcome Cameron Moore from Heart & Soil Imports. Many of you would be familiar with some of the stars within the Heart & Soil portfolio, and tomorrow night we’re going to expand that range of hits!

We’ve got the expected French influence, with Majone Picpoul de Pinet, Thivin Beaujolais, Pesquie Cotes de Ventoux and Segries Cotes du Rhone, but my sneaking suspicion is that the two Italians might just be the jaw droppers this Friday night – Cantina del Pino Barbaresco 2010 and Azelia Langhe Nebbiolo 2012.

A seriously diverse tasting with big curio factor – a tasting not to be missed and a ripping guy in Cam to talk you through them. 5-7pm this Friday May 8th. See you then!

Global Fortified Tasting – Wednesday June 10th – Book now!

Here goes with the first big Global Tasting of 2015! Winter brings with it certain privleges – open fires, slow cooked meals, red wine and… FORTIFIEDS!

This tasting takes in the best of fortified wines from all over the world – North East Victoria, Barossa Valley, mainland Portugal, the Madeira Islands and Spain. From dry ‘sherry’ styled wines to glorious Madeiras, genuine Vintaged Ports, luxurious Rutherglen Muscats and divine Pedro Ximenez treats…..they are all on offer in a 1.5 hour tasting complemented by cheeses from the Calendar Cheese Company.
