Red apple and ripe Nashi pear aromas with some underlying lime and spice aromas. There’s a crisp acidity providing some refreshment on the palate with granny smith apple notes kicking half a second later and lingering around quite some time. Drink over the next two years or it’s intense enough to stand up to spicy and salty fare. Try with Korean or Vietnamese food or have the patience to lay down for 8 to 10 years for some further enjoyment.
