RESPONSIBLE SERVICE OF ALCOHOL
Under Australian laws, alcoholic beverages can only be sold or supplied to persons aged 18 years of age or over. By using barrique.com.au and/or placing an order you are confirming to us that you are at least 18 years of age. Barrique Wine Store encourages the legal and responsible consumption of alcoholic beverages.

WARNINGS:- Under the Victoria Liquor Control Reform Act 1998 it is an offence:
– to supply alcohol to a person under the age of 18 years (penalty exceeds $8,000)
– for a person under the age of 18 years to purchase or receive liquor (penalty exceeds $700)

PRICING
All prices listed on www.barrique.com.au are shown in Australian dollars and are inclusive of gst.

AMENDMENT OF TERMS
We reserve the right to change, modify, add or remove portions of these terms at any time. Please check these terms regularly prior to using our website to ensure you are aware of any changes. We will endeavour to highlight any significant or substantive changes to you where possible. If you choose to use our website then we will regard that use as conclusive evidence of your agreement and acceptance that these terms govern your and barrique.com.au’s rights and obligations to each other.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
It is an essential pre-condition to you using our website that you agree and accept that barrique.com.au is not legally responsible for any loss or damage you might suffer related to your use of the website, whether from errors or from omissions in our documents or information, any goods or services we may offer or from any other use of the website. PURCHASING
Products purchased from barrique.com.au are for personal use only, and is not to be on-sold. All orders are subject to stock being available at the time of purchase. Barrique.com.au reserves the right to cancel any order, at which time we will immediately notify this action by e-mail or phone using the details provided. We will provide a refund using the original payment method. Vintages and prices are subject to change without notice. Bottle shots used to advertise products may show different vintages to those that are currently available.

DELIVERY OF PHYSICAL GOODS
barrique.com.au uses Australia Post and/or other reputable courier companies to deliver physical goods.

Deliveries are processed promptly upon receipt of full payment. Standard delivery may take between 1 and 5 days, depending on the delivery location and the delivery company chosen. barrique.com.au is not responsible for goods that are either damaged in transit or not received. Damaged or lost orders should be resolved with Australia Post or the courier company directly and barrique.com.au will assist in the investigation where possible. Replacement of damaged or lost items is made at the discretion of barrique.com.au.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS
barrique.com.au handles returns and processes refunds in accordance with the Australian Consumer Protection legislation.

barrique.com.au will only exchange goods or refund purchases due to damaged or faulty products unless an incorrect order has been despatched.
Should you wish to request a refund, you must notify us within 2 days of delivery with a valid reason. Refunds are made at the discretion of barrique.com.au.

This agreement and this website are subject to the laws of Victoria and Australia. If there is a dispute between you and barrique.com.au that results in litigation then you must submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria.
