Rob Hall Cabernets 2016


Rob’s second release of a Bordeaux blend. Cabernet Sauvignon (50%), Merlot (30%) and Petit Verdot (20%) sourced from two vineyards north of Healesville.   Inspired by the old school blends which made the Yarra Valley famous, but picked slightly riper for drinkability. Rich dark fruit, balanced oak and a moreish palate. Enough structure to age gracefully. Rob Hall
